Q:How can I place an order?

A:It’s easy--click on the icon below to send us an email. Give us an idea of what you’d like and we’ll start working on your project right away!

Q:I’d like to send Category 5 some Graphics. What formats will you accept?

A:We prefer .eps, .ai, and.PDF files. There are some circumstances in which a .jpeg is ok but only if it has a resolution greater than 350dpi.

Q:What is the usual turn around time for my project?

A:We take pride in the fact that we turn jobs around quickly. Keeping our customers informed and providing an honestly estimated date of delivery is just important to us as the quality of our product.

Q:What are the business hours?

A:We’re open Monday through Friday, from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
